The app may collect the following data:

• First name, gender, date of birth, email address
• Height (stature), approximate location (city/neighborhood – optional)
• Photos, looks, compliments, messages, scores, interactions
• Login history, reports, matches
• Technical data: device model, OS, language, push identifiers
• Payment data via app stores (never stored directly)

3. Purpose of Processing

This data is processed in order to:

• Enable access to the app's features
• Improve recommendations and compatibility
• Personalize the experience and interface
• Ensure safety, moderation, and abuse prevention
• Manage purchases (boosts, subscriptions)
• Send relevant push notifications

4. Legal Basis

Data is processed based on:

• User consent (e.g., geolocation, push)
• Contractual necessity (core functionalities)
• Legitimate interest (security, continuous improvement)

5. Data Sharing

Data is securely hosted on third-party services (e.g., Railway, Backblaze B2, Firebase). No data is sold to third parties.

Data is retained as long as the account is active. After deletion, data is erased or anonymized within a reasonable period (maximum 30 days), unless legally required otherwise.

Technical and organizational measures protect your data: secure authentication, encryption, access control, regular backups.

9. Push Notifications

Notifications are sent via Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can disable them at any time in your phone's settings.

10. Content Deletion

Deleted content (looks, photos, messages) becomes immediately invisible and is permanently deleted within 30 days.
